In February 2025, Iowa became the first state to remove anti-discrimination protections for gender identity from its civil rights code. In a time when queer and trans folks are being threatened & their identities and gifts erased, our form of resistance is to UPLIFT and CELEBRATE their voices. This is why we decided to put on this event to celebrate the concept of Radical Love— Loving yourself and Loving your neighbor as yourself.
We’re still raising funds to fly out our headliner, pay our artists and facilitators, pay staff, cover production costs, and ensure that this community event is accessible and unforgettable for all. Your support would not only enable us to bring out this amazing artist, but also allow us to reserve 50+ free tickets for queer and low-income community members who wish to be a part of this unforgettable event.
