I know what it feels like to feel like you’re drowning in responsibilities at home and at work. I used to deeply struggle with keeping things organized, remembering to do basic tasks, forgetting to finish important projects. I felt like my ADHD was keeping me from being achieving my full potential in my business and was causing a great deal of stress in my life as I tried to continue to do it all and pretend like I wasn’t secretly struggling.

Things started to change for me when I hired a coach…

My life purpose journey has always followed this pattern: learn how to fix your own sh*t and then share it with others. I got my own ADHD diagnosis in college and then became a therapist with extra certifications in ADHD. I became a yoga teacher to learn how to re-wire my anxious nervous system. I started a business to create a schedule that supported my high sensitivity. When I found myself procrastinating in my own business, I hired my own ADHD coach and found it to be an absolute game-changer. I have now been an executive coach for high-achievers for the last 5 years. ADHDers need more support, accountability, reminders, and help with prioritization than your average neuro-typical. Make coaching a non-negotiable business expense that will help you FINISH and FINALIZE those million-dollar ideas. I still go to my own coach and love being that daily touch-point for my VIP 1-to-1 coaching clients.
